Digital Phones keep resetting

I have a few phones on a 754 card that keep resetting... sometimes every few minutes. I replaced the card with another one and that has done the same thing. I have tried 3 different card with the same result. I'm thinking it could be a power supply issue with the switch. The system is G3R V6 with expansion cab. The problem is in the 2nd Cab.

Hi, I had a similar problem in the past but the phones did a reset only once every week; I changed boards too and the problem was still present. Finally I changed the slot on which the board was connected to and the problem was solved. I assumed there was an issue with the backplane or connector.
