Digital Phone (no line)

Hello, we have one digital phone 1416 in a IpOffice500.

When we try to call on phone, we don't listen nothing...
But when we use the speaker, it works perfectly.

Could you help me with this ?

The handset is broken.
Seen that on a 9508 lately.

Check the handset/phone connectors. tried to swap the handset incl. cable with another one?

I tried with other 1416, that were working perfectly.
But the same thing....it don't work........

Then replace the phone.
