hi,
I have a problem with two digital phones, Ericsson 4225 .
they are working only on speakers(loud)- at the hand receiver you can t heard nothing.

someone knows that module from the mainboard is not working.

More likely hook flash is faulty (bad design)...lift the handset and check if hook flash switch is up or is stuck down...if it's down, open the phones - easy fix (optical switch...)
