digital phone do not show missed calls

Hi,
On an 3213 ericsson digital phone i can t see the missed calls, it has an authority code for programmable keys.
How can i solve the problem if a don t know the code?

You must change one key to NLOG with ksfkc

If i understood well, you cannot do it now because the telephone set is locked with a code. It's because, you could make a call using redial key option in dbc 213 telephone set that appears when you press nlog key.
Forbidden to dial, forbidden to redial.
Unfortunately you must to print with the command AUCOP or auth_code and see the code affiliated to the extension to unblock it and see it.
