Digital phone 6 keys - Missed Call feature

Hi all,
Does the SV8500 support Missed Call on DT310 -6 keys?
The same extension, It's working fine for DT330 with Cursor key. But the DT310 -6 key doesn't have the Cursor key.
I tried to assign call history key (FKY= 178) on DT310 but it doesn't work - no action when press this key.

Manual does not mention that the feature is available on the DT310 , but if the that phone is on a different card than a phone that is working try resetting the card as it is required to activate the feature also the circuit card needs to be certain rev level to support the feature (16ELCN SP3956 or later).
