Seeing as the DMC is manufacturer discontinued we have been using Spectralink 7212 phones on DMCs and they work great. The problem is when you want to add/replace base stations. Does anybody know if the Sepectralink digital base stations are compatible with the Nortel/Avaya DMC? They are on the correct frequency just not sure if they will be recognized by the controller.

Thanks!

...or by the handset.

I am only guessing that it would since the BCM version is essentially a KIRK wearing Nortels underwear.
Maybe ask the vendor if you can get a credit if it does not, try it and let us know.

But also first wait for somebody to hopefully answer, there is only 20-30 post on DMC which tells me not a lot installed it.
I have one with several handsets and base stations for my home and office....just never have the time to add it to my BCM.
