Hi
We have installed a Digital mobility system on a MICS 7.1 with some base station 10 and repeater 20. All work great exept when we are connected on a repeater, we always hear a bip, bip. We use the Digital Mobility Service Tool to program it and we uncheck the "debug bip" but when the customer have a powerfailure, this check box always come back and we hear the bip bip.
Someone have this problem? or an idea?

Thanks

It don't make sence to instal a ups at each location of a repeater....

Not for the repeaters, but definitely for the DMC and phone system. But in all likelyhood, you're feeding power to the remote unit from the phone room, so those'd be covered, too.

Yes it does make sense to put in small UPS units, especially when you are using the repeaters to support your voice communication.

you can find small UPS Units that will keep a repeater going for hours.
