We recently installed a Digital Mobility wireless controller (320) and 16 of the 7440 sets. Installation went fairly well but on programming we are trying to program Answer DN on the wireless set with a T7316 set. The wireless will not ring when we dial the T7316. We look in the programming and it only allows for a appear and ring for the answer DN on the wireless phone. Is there another way to make the wireless and the T7316 phone ring at the same time?

I have the exact same setup at numerous locations and it works fine. Are the DM phones working OK otherwise?

Yes we can call out and receive calls with out a problem. The phones work real well except for this small programming issue. Are there any other special BCM programming that I may need to be aware of? Are the DECT key codes that may need to be installed?
