I am trying to re-initialize a DMC080 on a CICS 7.0. I have reset the password to default as instructions state from the CLI over serial. I have the admin software, and have tried a USB nul modem and regular nul modem cable (both will show DCM connected). The problem I have is the password is coming back as incorrect. Were there other default passwords for these units? Is there a more thorough hard reset I can try to go back to factory defaults? From the phone it appears to see a master handset is already registered and the second handset will not register even though it sees the correct serial number from the DCM controller.
