I have3 a DMC 320 that HAD 2 -AP's connected in a suite. The suite was downsized and the 2nd AP was relocated which I assumed was crossing an inner cell causing me to lose good connectivity. I eliminated one of the AP's and tested telephone coverage with just one device, and it was good all of the way around the suite. The customer states that they're getting a clicking on the lines on their DMC phones, as well as sometimes the phones just don't respond to keys pressed to answer, or make calls unless they are returned to charging stations for a while, then its like they reboot/resync and may work ok then. They have the following devices: DMC320 Digital Mobility Contoller NT7B65KPE5

7439 phones: QTY 8
7449 phones: QTY 2

I followed up with customer and still a couple of phones are having issues, they say that these are phones that have been previously replaced, and the users are the ones whom are on the phones more frequently.

They have Lines coming in that are running through a channel bank, and I tested those lines with no clicking noises on them. Sometimes when main phone, T7316 gets a call, and tries to transfer it to a wireless phone, it will be unable to transfer because it seems like the controller and device are no longer synced together. Still having issues even after elimating the one ap, and only using one.

I am at a loss and the patches are up to date. We just assumed this account so I did not initially deploy this DMC solution.
