I am currently developing a proposal for an Access base that is desired by a client, but there exists an interesting request, that I do not know if I can deliver. Essentially, the base will be utilized to track revenue by a given company (broken up by geographic locations) and a list of their employees. The client would like to click on a company and see a list of employee names, then be able to click on a name and see a full bio and PHOTO. Everything else is a piece of cake, but I do not know how to call up a photo. Oviously in HTML you can call upon a given photo depending upon what is clicked in the interface and use one page to house any number of employees pictures, for instance. It is not logical to create hundreds of form screens for each employee. So I what I am asking is there a way for access to call up a photo from a separate location visually, in form screen and report? I created a base before that looked up to PDF files stored on the server using the hyperlink capability, but I dont think that will fullfil the request here. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Check Northwind or Samples. They have a sample of Employees profiles with pictures. This should give you an insight. I used the same same thoughts and ideas into a lawfirm database that had pictures of accidents and whatnot per file. Works pretty slick.
