Hi to all,

I have to connect a digital FCT 2N Enterprise with the MX-one TSW sp2 using TLU79 card.

As explained in the manual of FCT, there are two possible scenarios for connection:
1. PSTN network ---> NT terminal ---> PBX (as TE) ---> PBX (as TE)---> FCT (as NT)

2. PSTN network ---> NT terminal ---> PBX (as TE) ---> PBX (as NT)---> FCT (as TE)

I am using two TLU79 cards; one for connecting to PSTN and the other to FCT.

I am trying with the following configuration but SLIP alarms are appeared
[tt]rocap:ROU=120;ROUTE CATEGORY DATA
ROU SEL TRM SERV NODG DIST DISL TRAF SIG BCAP
120 7110000000000010 5 3100000001 0 30 128 00151515 211110000030 111100

END

<rodap:ROU=120;ROUTE DATA
ROU TYPE VARC VARI VARO FILTER
120 SL60 H'00000214 H'15500000 H'06410000 NO

END

<roddp:dest=068;EXTERNAL DESTINATION ROUTE DATA
DEST DRN ROU CHO CUST ADC TRC SRT NUMACK PRE
068 120 00050000000002501000000010 0 1 0 [/tt]
Which of the versions above is supported from MD?
Any other idea about how to program MD?

thank you

you must use case (2) to avoid slip problems.

prog is ok, just use 06310000 as VARO (MD = NT)

thank you whosrdaddy for your support.

Slip is avoided with your configuration, trunks are open but I can not make calls.
I have line blocked in the display of the digital telephone.
Call goes up to GSM gateway seen from the tracing file of GSM gateway.

any other idea would be helpful.

make sure your fct is configured as TE.
TLU79 can block sometimes
do a RFBOI:BPOS=x-x-x; and a BLDBE:BPOS=x-x-x,ALLFM=YES;

if problem persists you have a cabling problem.

The current version of the firmware of the FCT I am using, use TE port as synchronization port from NT connected to PSTN.
I tried to give synchronization from:
a. PSTN but still there are SLIP alarms in MX-one TSW

b. From a free port of the TLU79 (not the one connnected for trafic) but I still have alarms. SLIP alarms are rare but there are the following alarms

Any other idea ?

Thanks
