Digital extension does not disconnect after logging off from the VMPRO

Hi,

Here is a new bug in IPO 3.2.59 / VMPRO 3.2.35.

If a user logs off from a VMPRO session by dialing **9 they hear the "good bye" confirmation but the line does not drop indefinitely. They have to push their "Spkr" button to disconnect.

Tested on Avaya 4412D+ phone.
