Digital Dispatch

I installed a vodavi starplus sts system with an 8 port digital dispatch. The company wants it set up so that if the caller hits 0 for the operator at the greeting a group of phones rings, but if noone answers the message goes to mbx 100...seems simple enough right! So I set up a hunt group 450, and had the 0 key do a supervised transfer to 450 and action 2 forward to mailbox 100. This works for the most part, but the operator's don't like that the call is announced when they answer telling them they have a call....also now on ext 100 the VM button does not go into the voicemail, it does nothing. QUestions being...is this the best and simplest method to have more than one operator, and secondly if so can I correct these problems the customer has?

Re VM button, perhaps it has become unprogrammed, reprogram and try again, what happens when you dial 440 (voicemail hunt group) ??
