Digital Dining

Help!!!!!!!!! My POS is a pos, I just got thrown into this system. I am having an issue with Digital Dining, I work in a hospital and when an employee makes a purchase in the cafeteria their reciept say's they have more in their account than what the Backoffice say's.
Any idea's?? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you haven't 'Processed Registers" in a long while.

If you are taking over a system why don't you call the reseller and have them set you up with some training. We've installed DD in a quite a few hospitals and works great.
