Digital Dining Verify Printing

Hello​
I am currently working with digital dining. We just recently updated a couple of terminals to newer ones. Everything is loaded and working, but when you verify a CC it will not print the CC slip. The older ones do it, but none of the new ones we just added. Is there a setting to allow them to print?
