Digital Dining DOS Any Chance for help?

Menusoft DD 6.5 on Concurrent DOS. Laugh now, but I need some help, previous POS admin walked and I don't know how to add choices to a modifier.


Scenerio adding 2 new flavors/seasonings for fish dinner. The modifier is in place with 3 original seasonings but needs others added.

I reread the entire manual and the modifiers are mentioned but no details.
