As I try to process the credit cards for the evening via batch processing...Digital Dining reports no credit cards processed for the day...but I know that card purchases were made for that day...I have had this issue before...having found the card number before and "removing" it...I don't recall how I found the error and I am looking for some guidance...

1) Call your processor, never assume a batch hasn't gone.
2) Instead of selecting "process batch" select process batch with new number and then select the failed batch from the next drop down box below it.
