Digital Certificates

Hello all,
I work for a company that deals with the NY ISO for trading electricity. The site uses digital certificates and I have been tasked by my company to connect to the site and download our information automatically. So far, I have not figured out how to do this in VB. I can get VB to get to the site, but then when it comes to the digital certificate, I cannot pass my client side digital certificate to the web server. Has anyone had to do this before and could maybe give me a push in the correct direction?

i've never done it but it should be relatively simple, what are the requirements, connection type, protocol etc...are you following an rfc or do you have a 3rd party control to handle it...put out some more info and i'll try to help you out.
