Hello Guys,
Very familiar with IPO but occasionally my head cannot work out what the issue is. So I have a Mitel, CM, IPO. All routing is working every phone system has an extension of "5000" but I am prefixing them with a dial code before hand. (Note these are all SIP trunked together)
22 = Mitel
23 = CM
24= IPO
CM can dial Mitel & CM no problem, Mitel can dial CM only, and IPO can dial CM only.
IPO is where most issues are laying, now the IPO can dial CM because i am stripping off the prefix (23) on my CM system, my shortcode to dial the CM is 23XXXX D LID 20. Mitel cannot dial the IPO because the ICR doesn't know what to do with "245000" I know I could use the Mitel system to strip off 24 before sending but I want the IPO to have a little more control. I am pretty sure this can be done with a code somehow this is why I'm turning to you guru's
Cheers,
Chris
