Digi RAS board connected to a BRI card in OPT.11

I cannot get a Digi RAS board (Remote access Server) to register on My BRI card. Currently I have a Video conference unit and a back-up Data link (128k) all working on the card now. The TEI's do not register properly. The proticol called for by Digi is NI1.
This board has a capacity of 8 channels (4 BRI loops).
If anyone can help it would be appreciated.
