Digi problem system down

I am installing the latest driver for DIGI PortserverII (realport) and after I install and reboot I attempt to run DRPADMIN. After entering all the information like IP Address, Number of Ports, and TTY ID the program gives me an error "invalid field specification '=n'" Has anyone heard or seen of this happening?
