Just upgraded from 9.0.3 to 9.0.4, now the digital station expansion bay is flashing yellow ultra-fast, and none of the phones are coming up.

Anyone else see this? Tried unplugging, rebooting, in different orders, unpluggin all phones. Still no go.

Can't find anywhere a fast yellow code; does not look good.

Yes i have seen it.
Have some patience as it will upgrade by itself.
That is the fast blinking.

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

I have had the same.
I added a DS30B to an IP500v2 and it kept blinking and blinking.
Rebooted the IPO but still blinking.
I left it and it went green after some time.

Do you see the module in manager?

I see it, though still at 9.0.3.

Now slow green blink for the last 15 minutes; well over 30 minutes and still not up.

Not good. It is absolutely ridiculous.

I did 10 minutes ago.

Now trying a reboot of the entire thing. Next step, throwing this pile of steaming sh!t out the window and tender my resignation to my boss; can't bear the shame anymore.

Blinking green means that you will need to reboot the IPO.

I found this in the manual:

· The process of loading the appropriate firmware for the selected mode takes up to 10 minutes during which time
the module is not available.

The select mode is the mode for DS or Nortel phones.

Saw that last week on an upgrade. As far as I can tell, the blinking yellow light is not documented. It is also a slow upgrade. Be sure to cold start the processor after the light turn to green blinking so that the IP Office will see it.

That's what I did. At first I rebooted only the module while blinking green.

Waited another 15; then hard cold reset the entire thing by switching off the power bar.

It's back.
