Dig-IP-S warning alarm

I have CM6.3 and there are about 150 agents who work from home using One-x agent. The set type for these agents is 9650. There are a lot of DIG-IP-S warning alarms and I assume its because these stations aren't currently logged in. Will turning the test field to N on the station page prevent this warning alarm from appearing?
