Diff's using change journal are doing full backups! Why?

Hi All,

Windows 2003 std svr, Backup Exec v12. Backing up local ntfs drives. I've setup a weekly full and mid week diff jobs. The mid week diff jobs seem to be doing full's when I've selected diff's using change journal. Reason using change journal is we have mac's accessing the drives.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
