Using version 10. I'm backing up our public file store. There's 152gb of actively used files there. The "churn" should be about 2 to 10 GB a day. By "churn" I mean files that are modified and thus need backed up. We grow by maybe 100mb a day, sometimes in the GB if a lot of new files are added. My last diff was a few hundred MB over my full! The last full was run on 10/9 in the AM and the diff started at 11pm that night. (I'm in the middle of tweaking these jobs to get them to run correctly.)

So, any idea on what could be causing that? The other jobs are backing up fine. I'm guessing maybe this job is getting confused as to what's changed since the last backup, the database of timestamps is screwed up?
