DIfficulty Printing a Specific Report

Hi, I have been using Goldmine for almost a year when I discovered that it is more than just outlook. LOL

In any case I am trying to print custom reports, however, there is one report that comes up blank everytime. Have you ever had this problem? Is there a solution ?
 
a custom report,
did you design the report yourself?
are there any filters/parameters on the report?
if so it mght be your report selection criteria cud be wrong.

A common issue is when the report prints it comes up blank. If you move the scroll bar on the right hand side of the report, it will refresh the screen and you may see your report.

Also when you run the report do you see GoldMine processing the report either in the status bar of report or on the Title Bar of GoldMine.

It's actually from the Realtor template downloaded from Frontranges website. The report is called Closing Check List. I did rename it to Closing Information to more accurately reflect what I needed (I intend to create an actual checklist).

I select print, printer, This Contact Only.
 
It does not process the report. I have tried both Window and Printer types of reports. Other reports print out fine.
 
Try right-clicking on the reports and going to options and making sure that the date range is valid and will actually return data... Also, the reports window can remain blank for a good while during data processing... Sometimes it can take 5 minutes or more for data to come up... How long have you given it?

Also, exactly what version do you have? The current is 6.70.50123...

Nothing seems to indicate that it is processing and the printer option does not work. It's difficult, because the other reports work fine.
 
Just updated to 6.50.40704 - did not substantially change anything.
 
Contact Reports

I select Field -> Closing Checklist and fill that out. This is actually what I want to print. For each custom "FIELD" in the Field Tab there is a corresponding Report. For example there is a Buyer Requirements Report that corresponds almost exactly to the one I can fill out under the field tab. This report prints fine. For some reason the Closing one doesn't and I can't figure out why.
