Difficult Printer Problem....We Are Stumped

We have a user that is printing to an HP 1055 plotter and whenever she attempts to print to it the printer displays a message saying to please insert paper. When she logs onto a different machine she can print just fine. We have completely re-imaged the machine and created a new profile and it still won't work....any ideas?

drivers would be my guess, see if hp has a newer set on thier site js error; 67 on line; 36 of signature.class
