Differentiate between internal & external calls 1

I have an MICS with MICS1.1 software. I've enabled the reception phone to "forward on busy" and "forward on no answer" to another extension. I only want external calls to forward to another extension, not internal calls. Does any of the sofware releases differentiate between external
and internal calls?

You cannot differentiate between outside lines ringing the DN or inside extensions ringing the DN (sorry) but you may be able to use the direct dial instead, I could not find a reference to it so it may be possible. Just pick up another phone and dial 0 and see what happens on the forwarding. JerryReeve
