Differential only after Full Success- Backup Exec

Is there a way to set a differential backup to only occur following (depends upon) the successful run of a full backup? File exceptions during backup are OK.

Specifically, I have a differential backup that appends to a tape. The related full backup writes to a blank tape or overwrites an old tape. I do not want the differential backup to be the first thing on a blank tape or to append to an obsolete overwritable tape. Basically I'd like it to only run if the related full backup is already on the tape that is in the drive.

This is only a problem because of user reliability in changing tapes on schedule at this location. :)

Thank you.

Read up on using a backup Policy and Rules that pertain to that policy.
