I have two ArcServe servers and two problems.
I run a full backup on Fridays and differentials Mon-Thurs on 2 IBM rackmounted servers (Windows 2000) all the latest service packs.
Problem 1:
Server 1's overall status in the log is incomplete (meaning it finished but missed a couple of open files) which is fine, but every night it says that the C: drive fails. When I check on the C: drive it has files in it but they are mostly shortcuts and .gif files. Does it say this because of a successful "Full" backup and there is no info change.
Problem 2:
Server 2's overall status is failure yet when I check every single backup process, they are all there either completed or incomplete - no failures at all.
I would like to clean up these error messages.
Please Advise - Thank You in advance
