Hello all I hava a 4506 as a core switch with 8 switches and 8 vlans, I set the 4506 DHCP Server to give 172.16.101.X addresses to Vlan1,172.16.102.X to Vlan2 and so on. The problem is that I need in some switches to have and interface with the ip address 172.16.1.X in Vlan2 for example.
My actual problem is that if I plug a PC with an ip of 172.16.1.X in the Vlan8 Switch(172.16.108.X), I can communicate with the rest of the network.

What can I do to make this possible?

Thanks in advance

Gerardo

For me it makes no sense to plug a 172.16.1.x host in an 172.16.108.0 network. Perhaps it would help to answer your question if you explain why do you have this necessity. Perhaps we could come out with another solution.
