DIfferent Version Report

Hi !
I have made a Crosstab report in Version 6.0 and then later on saved it in Version 8.5
Now, when I call the report from VB in Win NT OS machine, it runs fine. It runs fine on a Win 2000 machine also. But, there's another Win 2000 machine, the report does'nt run from this machine. It gives an error "Unable to Load Report". What do I do about it ?
Please treat this as urgent and help.
If it's a DLL mismatch, which DLL could it be ??

Yes, it is a *.DLL problem. There is a utility that can be downloaded for free from the Crystal Site that compares *.dll files. Or you can simply remove the program from the problem machine and re-install. If you do this, make sure you remove the program using the tool in the Control Panel and then go to the Win32\Crystal folder and delete it.

Look for all the P2B*.dll files and delete them all.

Look for any folder with Crystal in the name and delete it.

Look hard!!!

then re-install.
