I was on-site today setting up a voice mail - 4-port MLM, probably 7 years old. Things were going great; split it into 2 auto attendants, added mailboxes, etc. I logged out of the voice mail to make some test calls just like I have done many times before....and when I went back in to 9997# with the standard passwords, it said my password was invalid. I tried the 6-digit serial number, etc - no luck. Has anyone ever heard of this? Also, if you log in using the serial number, is there any trick to it? What does the password reset to? This is a new one to me...Thanks to all for any suggestions.
