I have an email from another domain that was sent at 1:55 pm but ms outlook indicates that it was received at 6:18 pm. What could have caused this delay? We are running Exchange 2003 and I don't have a clue what the other domain is running. Thanks for the help!

Look at the headers of the email and it will tell you the date it passed through bridgeheads.
