I'm fairly new to Crystal Reports so this may be a really easy question and I'm just missing the obvious, but I need to create a report that each time it is run the table it is reporting on changes. I access the tables through ODBC. The report is for batch processing and will be run each time a new batch is entered into the database. Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks in advance. :)

What DBMS?

At the end of each Batch Update you could drop and recreate a
table (or View) that contains the information from the correct
table. This way, Crystal can always refer to the same table or view.

The report I'll be writing is based on tables used in dBaseIV (programs that I do not maintain). Is there not a way to tell Crystal how to change tables by using some type of parameter? Thanks for your help.

I don't believe there is a way to change tables based on
user input.

I suggest you request the creation of the "end-of-batch" table
from the programmers who develop/maintain the batch operation.

Cheers,
