Hi All
I recently swapped out a WS-X6K-SUP2-2GE engine and the card i replaced it with was an identical model printed on the face plate. But when i did a sh mod i got 2 different models:
module 1 = WS-X6K-S2-PFC2
module 2 = WS-X6K-SUP2-2GE
Both have PFC2 cards installed. The one in module 1 installed fine and sync'd and so i tried a failover and that worked too. So all ok but a little confused why i see two different modules.
My understanding is:
WS-X6K-SUP2-2GE + WS-F6K-PFC2 = WS-X6K-S2-PFC2
So why is my module in module 2 showing as a
WS-X6K-SUP2-2GE when there is definitely a PFC2 card on it also?
thanks in advance
Rob
