Different Rings

I have an IP Office 500 (using 5410 + 5420's) I am wondering how I change the ringer to differentiate internal and external calls. Right now a user cannot hear the difference between an external call coming in and someone transferring a call to them....they have to look at the display.

You can't change that, Avaya made that change a while ago..no one knows why..but they say that's what people wanted.
