Different Rings for different Groups?

Is it possible to have different ring types for different groups? We have been asked to provide a few different DDI numbers for one of our business partners so we answer the phone when they are closed. I don't trust our staff to answer with the correct greeting so if at all possible I would like to have an incoming call route which goes to a group, which then rings the members of that group with a different ring pattern

If you use phone manager pro, enter the group number in the directory and have a different wav file played. You can also have a script (txt) file pop up in phone manager
 
Unfortunately most of our PC's do not use sound, I can see that it is tagging the calls with the hunt group name but to be really sure our staff answer with the correct greeting, I would like to have different ring.

Anyone?

I know lots of people who would probably like this.
I would suggest passing this to Avaya as a feature request
 
How do I raise this as an enhancement request? I have never had any dealings with Avays, only a reseller.
 
Sadly between reseller to distributor to Avaya product management and final engineering is a long long path with much filtering of what people with systems want for want potential new customers may want.

A more direct route is to get involved in field trials which gives you the direct ear of Avaya's engineers.
