Is it possible to configure a different ring tone for a DDI call or hunt group. ?
We have the main sales number which hits a hunt group, and uses the standard chirp chirp ring tone.
However, if someone recieves a DDI call they hear the same ring tone.
This is OK if you are in the main office, but if you are in a side office, it's difficult to tell if its a sales or DDI call.
I'd like to somehow configure the system so that the hunt group uses a different tone.
