different ring time for RNA forwarding to VM

I am working on an issue with a TVM50 connected with a TDA30. Problem is I have 2 extensions that will only forward to VM on a RNA after 10 rings. I also have 2 sets that work fine, they transfer to VM on a RNA after the normal 4-5 rings.
I have compared the settings on the mailboxes and they appear to be identical.

I have adjusted the "NO ANSWER TIME" on the VM as well as on the TDA30 and cant seem to make any changes to the amount of time the phone will ring before voicemail picks up.

I am obviously overlooking something....any ideas would be appreciated.
 
the ones that go after 3-4 rings may be set to forward busy- no answer to voicemail.

extension intercept should work if destination is set in intercept to voicemail.

if it is an older software you could set no answer timer in system timers to 4 rings
