Different response when access PS4 internally/externally?

Hi there, got PS4 running on w2k3 server.

For internal access, i can launch all shared apps without problem.

For external access, when i click any shared app, it prompted me "do you want to save this file? launch.ica", after i save the file lanch.ica to desktop & double click it, it can launch the app.

I added the external name of PS4 server to IE's trust zone, it didn't help.

Wondering if it's IE problem or PS4 server setting issue? Any suggestion to fix it? Many thanks!

Sorry that forgot to mention, i alrady reinstalled citrix web client via my PS4 server own webpage's ica32t.exe, didn't help. Thx.
