Different poll-times for different users?

Hi,
i have 5 or 6 email-accounts from one domain and one email-adress on a freemail-account. My domain can be called as often as i wish, the freemail-account can be called only ever 15 minutes.
Is there a solution to this? Something like two concurrent pop-clients, one polling every minute and one polling ever 16 minutes?
