I found a little note about this in the Readme.PDF file in the QuarkXPress documentation folder: "Pantone has changed some of their color definitions; as a result, the CMYK components or the on-screen display of certain Pantone colors may be different in QuarkXPress 5.0 than they were in QuarkXPress 4.x."
