Different Overlay and Image on 3 sets of Pack Lists when printed 1

I need to have an Overlay of an imagge on a Pack List. But the rule set is this: There will always be 3 copies when the Pack List Prints and on the 1st copy it will have the overlay of CUSTOMER COPY, the 2nd copy will have OFFICE COPY and the 3rd copy will have SHIPPING COPY.

You're actually going to have to use a couple of subreports for this. The subreports will be almost exactly the same as the main report. Assuming that you're grouped by customer, you would create two group footer sections for the customer group, turn on "new page before" for each, and put a subreport in each. Link from the main report to the subreports on the customer ID, group the subreport on customer ID so that you can simulate page headers if you need them. The main report and each subreport would then have separate overlay images, but the same data.
