I have a customer that is adding another location and wants to move the flash vmail to the new location. is it possible to connect the flash to a different KSU (both are 6x16 DS DR5) without reprogramming the flash vmail altogether?

yes basically it's the same. my concern is that the vmail does that registration with the KSU (Ftr **XFTEST) and won't changing the KSU's screw up the Vmail.

Jsaad,
Doing an XFTEST will not screw the programming in the flash. In fact if you don't do it you may well not get a new connection. But you will have to do all the voice mail boxes over again anyway as you have new users. It would seem simpler to start from fresh default status.
