different input files read in single type tree in WTX

Hi Friends,

I have a problem in WTX 8.2 i.e.
Problem : i read edi and xml and other than edi and xml files(using blob field) in one type tree. i am using group subclass as a choice, and merge the xml , edi and blob field. blob field read other than edi and xml file. While testing, i send edi file it reads successfully and xml file it reads sucessfully after that i send other . extention files, Other than edi and xml file send to the type tree xml tree read that file and send the xml parser error.

Any solutions to read any file(.edi,.xml and other extenstion) read successfully in one type tree.

Any body have any information regading this. Please help me out of this problem.

For example.... when you say edi do you mean any electronic file, x12, edifac or something else.....

If I read your post correctly you have one type tree dealing with 3 file types. It also sounds like you have defined the tree to determine the type of data you are reading to be one of the 3 data types. Finally, it sounds like you are using 'choice groups' to determine which type of data you are working with.

Have you defined initiators/terminators?

Of cource I could be wrong, you might be working on an XML wrapped edi/x12 file.

Again, Have you defined you initiators/terminators?
