Different in for With VB6 adn vb.net

I Need help. I am getting differtent info when i query the same table in VB and VB.Net.

So i am using the same connection string for both programs with no problems connecting
VB6: CONNECT_MAS90 = "Driver={MAS 90 32-Bit ODBC Driver};Directory=\\Server\MAS200v4\MAS90\;UID=(UserID);PWD=;Company=011"
VB.Net: CONNECT_MAS90 = "Driver={MAS 90 32-Bit ODBC Driver};Directory=\\Server\MAS200v4\MAS90\;UID=(UserID);PWD=;Company=011"

The problem comes in when i query the same table with the same SQL statement. In VB6 i get a list of customers for all companies. In VB.Net I get a list of customers only for Company 11.

SELECT_STMT = "SELECT Division as DivNo, CustomerNumber as Cust, CustomerName, City, State FROM AR1_CustomerMaster " & _
" ORDER BY Division, CustomerNumber"

Anyone have an ideal why im getting two different lists?
