I would like to program a different afternoon greeting for M-Tu and W-Th.

I plan to use Greeting 1 for morning, greeting 4 for non-business, greeting 2 for M-Tu afternoon, and greeting 3 for W-Th afternoon. Maybe I am not reading the menus right, but it appears I am not able to do this, since the greetings are tied to "morning," "afternoon," "evening," etc. Am I correct, or is there a way to do this?

Thanks!

Doug

The Flash is limited to 4 different greetings in one day. You have too many time periods for what you want. If you eliminated the lunch hour you might be able to swing it.

Best suggestion is to record your standard greeting and use the CCR to provide an hours of operation message. "Our business hours are mon-tues x, weds-thurs y

Thanks! I was afraid of that. We're going to add the "re-open" time to the lunch message, i.e., "we will re-open at 1:00PM on Monday and Tuesday, and at 2:00PM on Wednesday and Thursday."
