Different Desktop Versions

Perhaps your desktop client was installed from an upgrade disk, but your server wasn't upgraded (SI 7.5 Vs. SI 7, for example)?
Unless there's something goofy going on with Info, you should be able to uninstall the desktop and install the correct version. Depending on the version difference, you may need to be very thorough during the uninstall process.
